Once upon a time I did a Junk Journal swap with the craftingpassionz scrapbooking group. Jude, my swap partner, sent me a lovely journal, you can see here, which I am now using to sort out my head space. Lots of written words and pasting in of little treasured things. There is no theme or idea of where I want to go with it, just finish is a main thought. There are also lots of shifting around of things, keeping what I really want, letting go of what I don't need...decluttering. A simplifying of creative space and mind. I'm not sure where I am going but I'll let you know once I get there.
