Curried Apricot Chicken

 
Ingredients:
 
Wing pieces: Tips removed & disjointed
Can of apricot halves
Can of apricot nectar
French onion soup packet
 
Curry powder to liking.
 
Method:
 
Mix together. Pour some mixture in bottom of baking dish. Add chicken pieces in rows. Pour mixture all over. Dot about apricot halves around chicken.
 
 
 
 
 
Bake in fan forced oven at 170 -180 until chicken is tender and brown on top. Serve with rice.
